It’s a pleasure to meet you. I’m Sophia Georges, the Founder and Broker/Owner of Realsophy Real Estate.  Realsophy Real Estate is my company, my vision, and my standard of excellence, not a franchise or a team under someone else’s umbrella.  I am not simply a Realtor or broker-salesperson, but the holder of the highest level of real estate licensure in the State of New Jersey.  As a Licensed New Jersey Real Estate Broker and business owner, I operate at the top tier of the profession.  I don’t just participate in transactions - I lead them, oversee them, and ensure compliance, excellence, and elevated service standards across every deal handled by my brokerage.

Nearly 10 years as a research scientist and pharmaceutical leader

My background makes me analytical, strategic, and exceptionally detail-oriented. I understand numbers, negotiations, and market positioning at a deep level. My clients benefit from precise pricing strategies and data-driven decision making when buying, selling, or investing.

At the same time, I was raised in an entrepreneurial family of real estate investors and business operators. I understand ownership from the inside out. I know how to evaluate risk, structure deals, and protect long-term value.

I am an active member of the Somerset County Business Partnership and the Franklin Township Chamber, serve as Co-Chair of the Real Estate Resource Group, and was honored with an appointment to the Bridgewater Township Economic Development Committee. I also spearhead the Martinsville Business Alliance, supporting local business owners and fostering economic growth along Washington Valley Road.
