I'm Sophia Georges, the Broker / Owner of Realsophy Real Estate. I am a Licensed New Jersey Real Estate Broker, but also a global Referral Agent that can guide and assist you with any transaction all over the world. In the prestigious role as Team Leader, I oversaw, mentored, and coached a Team of about 125 agents with real estate transactions, recruiting talented new and experienced real estate agents, training, onboarding, broker support, social media, the day-to-day operations, and everything under the sun. I drove growth and created opportunities through mentorship and knowledge-based sharing initiatives. I formulated training programs and systems to support the needs and goals of all agents so they can personally and professionally grow their businesses. To achieve Real Estate Broker status, I took additional courses in real estate and ethics to go beyond being a sales-associate. I have passion, drive, determination, and at the same time I am compassionate, patient, honest, level-headed, and empathetic towards my clients and colleagues. Integrity is at the utmost importance. I build long-lasting, formidable relationships.
